Unico, Inc. to Participate in 2003 National Preservation Conference of the National Trust for Historic Preservation

Conference is Scheduled for September 30 - October 5 in Denver

ST. LOUIS, September 18, 2003 — Unico, Inc., manufacturer of the Unico System, the mini-duct central heating and cooling systems for older and historic homes, will exhibit at the 2003 National Preservation Conference hosted by the National Trust for Historic Preservation in Denver, Colo.

The Conference will be held September 30 through October 5 and will feature new product showcases, a national awards presentation, keynote speakers, field trips, educational sessions, and more for all registrants. This year's conference theme is "New Frontiers in Preservation," and will feature more than 100 educational and field sessions, including emerging topics such as Green Architecture, Anti Terrorism Measures for Historic Properties, and Gay and Lesbian historic Sites. Preservationists and leaders throughout the nation will converge in Denver to focus on a number of key issues that will affect historic preservation for years to come including downtown revitalization, preserving the recent past and heritage tourism. The Conference workshops, architectural tours and keynote speakers will address these issues and more.
